Deposit & Payment requirements
A Deposit of 50% of the daily fees is required to reserve a Safari. On payment of the deposit you are deemed to have accepted the liability and insurance clauses and to have accepted and understood all the booking conditions. The balance of the daily fees, the trophy fees and extras are payable upon completion of the Safari, before departure. All payments are to be made in US Dollars unless an arrangement was made with us for payment in another currency. No credit cards or personal cheques will be accepted.
Cancellation
If notice of cancellation of the Safari is received 6 months prior to the commencement of the Safari, a full refund will be made of the deposit, providing we are able to contract another Safari to replace the canceled booking. Shorter cancellations will mean forfeiture of the entire deposit. No refunds will be considered for late arrivals or early departures.
